Var god uppmärksamma att vissa boxar / paket kan innehålla redemptionkort med "bäst före"-datum. Då produkterna blir äldre kan dessa gå ut, och i vissa fall löser då inte boxens producent in dem. Tyvärr kan vi på Coolcard inte ta ansvar för utgångna redemptions.

Om man skulle ha oturen att råka ut för ett skadat kort i en box / paket så är det bra att veta att möjligheterna att få ersättning för detta generellt sett är begränsat för set som inte har släpps under innevarande säsong. Producenter har olika policys, men generellt sett utgår ingen ersättning för äldre set. Vi på Coolcard ersätter inte skadade kort från paket och boxar, utan detta är något producenterna själva gör.

Please note that some boxes / packs might have time-sensitive redemption cards. When the product gets older the producer might not redeem these. We at coolcard will not be able to honor any redemptions, or help you redeeming them if they are expired.

Damaged card policies varies from producer to producer, but in general, only damaged cards from products produced during the current season will be replaced by the producer. We at coolcard will not be able to replace any damaged cards you receive in a sealed product.
